Dec 3, 2006 after losing power shortly after takeoff from US base at
Haditha Dam.  Fearing that helo might roll over and sink,
14 of the 16 occupants exited just before touchdown.  Four
of them drowned, but the remainder were rescued by an Air
Force Special Investigator who swam out to rescue them,
for which he was awarded the Airman's Medal.  Pilot and
copilot remained onboard and found helo to have enough
