Some databases list this plane as being confiscated by DEA, but the
records have this plane as being originally N702SG, leased to FAA

by Army Corps of Engineers Apr 28, 1966 and registered N3003,
later as N40CE, later N42CE, then back to N40CE,
then to Gulfstream Feb 1981 as N116GA, then to N39PP, and
converted to Gulfstream IC.  Then appears to have become N30
before becoming 86-0402. Assigned to Fort Shafter and based at Wheeler AFB, Hawaii
in 1988.  Broken up Sep 30, 1990.
Feb 2008 Air Forces Monthly gives the history as originally N702SG,
leased to FAA J
