MINITOC reads tape or FLIT @TTF files and displays information about them.
All data displayed is also recorded in temporary log file $MINITOC$LOG; it is
therefore not necessary to explicitly re-direct output to a @BRKPT file. In
addition, temporary file $MINITOC$SGS contains the information in SGS format.
    MINITOC may be interrupted via @@X C or @@X C,N; the tape will position to
the start of the next file unless @@X C,N is used and the V option was set.
               Bit 8 of condition word set if I/O error or no files listed.
Call:@MINITOC,opts file.[,count/movbef/movaft]  . count: # files to list(<all>)
                        movbef/movaft: # files to move before/after list(<0/0>)
Options:  A  - @ASG,AZ catalogued tape if not assigned (assumes F unless K).
          C  - Concatenate new logfile to previous, if any.
          D  - Dump label & up to 2 sectors of each file (+LI0/MI0/MI1 if FAS).
         F|U - Free tape at end. | Free tape, retaining any @USE names.
    G|H|HT|B - List SGS file|HELP|List file types|Batch width if internal date.
       I|J|T - Trace non-0/non-read IOs.|all IOs.|ER TLBL$ packets & statuses.
          K  - Keep tape assigned. Assumed if already assigned.
         L|P - List extra info for SV tape files.|Print internal vs. main date.
         N|O - No output list (logfile only). | no Option descriptions.
         R|S - Rewind tape at start. | Rewind tape at end if no error.
          V  - Read every block of data with R$ instead of using FSF$.
         W|X - Show CSF$ warnings|all statuses if Y/Z. Default: rejects only.
         Y|Z - Show W/X-option CSF$s for all files|tape only. Default: none.
